Evan Abraham

Evan Abraham is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of 13th Floor Ventures, an investment fund focused on digital asset opportunities within the metaverse.

Evan is a seasoned investment professional with experience across investment banking and commercial real estate private equity and development. Evan has advised or invested in over $7 billion in transactions across a wide variety of investment structures, including equity and debt capital. In his current role at Wafra Capital Partners, Evan works alongside a lean investment team responsible for new acquisitions and management of the firm’s $8 billion real estate and structured finance investment portfolio. Wafra Capital Partners is an opportunistic investment vehicle that deploys institutional capital anywhere within the capital stack, seeking risk-adjusted returns.

Before joining Wafra, Evan was part of the investment team at Cottonwood Group, a Los-Angeles based distressed real estate investment firm with $3 billion in assets under management. Evan has held additional roles as Director of Acquisitions and Development at SBE Hospitality Group and as an Investment Banking Analyst at CBRE Capital Advisors.

Evan graduated from Trinity College with a BA in Economics and was 4-year student-athlete on Trinity’s baseball team.

Ezekiel Bronfman

Zeke Bronfman is Co-founder and Partner of 13th Floor Ventures, an investment fund focused on digital asset opportunities within the metaverse.

Zeke is an experienced entrepreneur and venture backed founder with a proven track record for building and leading teams and organizations. Zeke is Co-founder and CEO of XED Beverages, a CPG brand builder and incubator with a growing portfolio of both owned brands and joint ventures with celebrities/talent.

Prior to founding XED, Zeke has experience working at Radcliff Companies, a NYC based private equity firm backed by 25 global Family Offices where he evaluated investments in both private and public companies across multiple sectors and stages.

In addition, Zeke serves as an advisor and Founding Partner of Deal Game, a Web3 concierge for high value deal making and as an advisor to Guesthouse, a sustainable packaging company with the first biodegradable alternative to aluminum cans and glass bottles.

Zeke attended Williams College in Massachusetts where he majored in Political Science.
